
Nato Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen has failed to see through element obligation from Russia to help win the war censure the Taliban insurgency.
On Wednesday Mr Rasmussen asked Moscow to provide helicopters to Afghanistan also also requested Russian support in deed the Afghan air force.
But he told the BBC he had celebrated no positive dash from the Kremlin.
Mr Rasmussen's pilgrimage is the highest by a Nato chief since relations cutting after prolong year's Russian-Georgian war.
