Extreme athlete Travis Pastrana set a Guinness World list on New Year's Eve with a 269-foot skipping across the undisturbed Ocean control a prop up car. More than 35,000 people attended the event on the itch Avenue Pier besides millions more watched the festivities useful on ESPN.
